Change of Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Libya (15/10/2009)
Mr Richard Northern MBE has been appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to Libya in succession to Sir Vincent Fean KCVO who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr Northern will take up his appointment during May 2010.
